South Indian Spinach

Ingredients:
1 pack of chopped spinach (frozen)
2 cups Toor Dal
1 onion chopped
3 green chillis
1/2 spoon chilli powder
1-2 spoon ginger garlic paste
pinch of turmeric
1 spoon sambhar powder
salt to taste

Procedure:
  • add all ingredients to pressure cooker
  • add 12 cups of water
  • heat the pressure cooker wait for 2-3 sounds
  • wait for sometime for the pressure to subside in the cooker
  • now take some oil in a small pan, now add mustard, dry chilli and let it boil for some time.
  • add this to the spinach in the cooker.


Time:15-20 mins
