1 pack of frozen brussel sprouts
salt to taste
powdered black pepper to taste
2-3 spoons oil (olive oil recommended)
Procedure:
- defrost the brussel sprouts
- cut the brussel sprouts into halves
- take non stick pan add 2-3 spoons of oil add brussel sprouts + salt + pepper and fry
- close lid and cook for 5-7 mins (for better taste, make sure the flat surface of the brussel sprouts lies face down) and stir for even cooking
