1 can of Chick peas ( drain the liquid and wash with plain water)
2 spoons tomato paste
1-2 onions chopped
2 spoon tamarind paste
2 spoon kuzhambu powder
salt to taste
1 cup coconut milk
Procedure:
- take pressure cooker and add 5 spoon oil + mustard+ curry leaves+onions + tomato and saute until onions are brown
- add chick peas +tamarind paste+ kuzhambu powder+water 12 cups+ 1 cup of coconut milk+ salt
- 2 sounds in pressure cooker
