mustard seeds
curry leaves
1-2 chopped onions (or 1/2 packet of frozen chopped onions)
1 can of diced potato
salt to taste
1 spoon garam masala
1/2 spoon chilli powder
2 spoon coriander powder
2-3 spoon oil ( olive oil recommended)
Procedure:
- take non stick pan add 2-3 spoon oil + mustard +curry leaves + onions fry until brown
- add salt to taste + garam masala + chilli powder + coriander powder and fry for some time
- add washed canned diced potato + close the lid and cook at medium flame
- stir intermittently until potato is deep fried 7-10 mins
